Resource Benefits Administrators is pleased to welcome Teresa Taylor to the team as Business Development Director. Teresa brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and a strong reputation for building trusted relationships and delivering thoughtful retirement plan solutions.

In her new role, Teresa works closely with financial advisors, plan sponsors and strategic partners to support the design and ongoing success of customized retirement programs. Her approach is grounded in clarity and collaboration, helping organizations navigate complex retirement plan regulations while aligning strategies with their long-term goals.

Teresa is known for her ability to simplify the retirement planning process and provide steady, knowledgeable guidance. She is deeply committed to helping employers create meaningful retirement programs that not only meet regulatory requirements but also provide lasting value and confidence for employees.

She holds several respected industry designations, including Accredited Pension Administrator, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Qualified 401(k) Administrator and Retirement Plan Associate. Teresa is also actively involved in professional organizations such as ASPPA, NIPA and IFEBP, allowing her to stay closely connected to industry developments and best practices.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with family and close friends.
